Responsibilities
- Monitor and proactively analyze network performance using advanced monitoring tools, ensuring uninterrupted service.
- Investigate and resolve network incidents and outages, prioritizing rapid response and root cause identification.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and fast resolution of technical issues.
- Participate in network upgrades and configuration changes, working closely with engineering and support teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network infrastructure, configurations, and incidents to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
- Deliver regular reports on network availability and KPIs to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Use advanced observability and automation tools for proactive detection and resolution of network issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Networks, or a relevant field
- Solid understanding of enterprise-grade networking (e.g., routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls) in production environments
- Experience with modern monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus and PRTG
- Basic experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, SD-WAN technologies and automation scripting (Python or Ansible) will be considered a strong advantage
- Proficiency in English and Greek
- Ability to work 24/7 shifts
