About the role
- Network Operations Lead at Severn Trent Water driving delivery of environmental metrics with significant budget responsibilities. Leading team performance while ensuring health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategy input, drive and delivery of significant £ODI value across key environmental metrics like C-Mex, pollutions, CSO spills and hydraulic flooding.
- Leading a team and delivering the highest standards of output and exceeding commitments to customers.
- Ensuring Health, Safety and Wellbeing of employees and customers.
- Responsible for the overall operating budget of circa 30m.
- Establishing great working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Driving improvement initiatives and embedding best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and achieving sustained performance improvements from a diverse workforce, indirect and direct would be beneficial.
- Previous success and passion for delivering and leading a strong customer, commercial and health & safety culture would be desirable.
- Having a track record of driving performance, developing talent, rewarding high performers, and addressing poor performance would be required along with a full UK driving licence.
