Responsibilities
Working as part of a focused team delivering safe, efficient, and reliable rail network operations for the Country Regional Network (CRN).

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Rail network control systems, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements in a dynamic and complex environment.
Oversee service provider performance, manage contracts, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver long-term sustainability and operational excellence.
Requirements
Extensive transport network management and systems experience, including operations, asset management, service provider oversight, and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and improve efficiency, reliability, and long-term sustainability.
Proven stakeholder management skills with experience in collaborating with government, suppliers, and teams, ensuring contract and service alignment.
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Valid Australian driver’s license and flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours.
