Responsibilities
You manage projects from kickoff through to go-live.
You facilitate workshops, track KPIs and bring diverse stakeholders together.
You are hands-on as well — this role is more than just moving PowerPoint slides.
You set up projects, build structures and manage risks.
You apply agile and traditional methods where they make sense.
You keep an eye on resources, budget and timeline, and inform the right people at the right time.
You implement change practically: support integration projects (post-merger, process harmonization).
You facilitate workshops, identify resistance and develop solutions.
You lead teams through change with clear communication.
Requirements
Minimum: 2+ years of project management experience (experience from other industries welcome)
Methodical know‑how: Agile, traditional (Waterfall), hybrid — you know when to use which approach
Stakeholder management: You can influence, facilitate and mediate
Tools: PM software; CRM/ERP systems are familiar to you
Languages: German fluent, English business fluent
Willingness to travel to EU sites
Nice-to-have: Experience with M&A integration or other change projects
Affinity for laboratory/analytics/quality management
Certifications (PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMP) are a plus but not required
