About the role

  • Manager of Learning & Capability Building responsible for executing enterprise learning programs at Hyatt. Leading effective learning solutions and driving continuous improvement through data and feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise learning programs focused on Leader Learning and Core Management Capabilities, ensuring alignment to timelines, quality, and outcomes
  • Own day-to-day program operations, delivery cadence, and risk mitigation
  • Design and oversee blended, user-centered learning experiences that drive real-world application
  • Translate business needs into learning strategies, program plans, and actionable roadmaps
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and prioritization across cross-functional partners as the primary point of contact
  • Oversee content strategy; Create or curate content, ensuring clarity, relevance, and scalability of complex topics
  • Continuously evaluate and improve programs using learner feedback and data
  • Establish governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and Hyatt brand expectations
  • Define success metrics, analyze performance, and communicate actionable insights
  • Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and iteration across program design and execution

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Program Management, Sales Enablement, or Consulting environment with a strong focus on learning, capability building, or change, or comparable experience
  • Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions
  • Demonstrated experience owning complex programs end to end, with accountability for outcomes—not just design or facilitation
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Experience working with learning technologies and external vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
