Responsibilities
Verification and daily management of new orders in our information system.
Management of a repair backlog for a given customer portfolio.
Technical and contractual screening of orders to determine the repair flow or commercial proposal.
Preparation of commercial offers (product exchange, resale of used parts) and drafting repair quotes.
Management of disputes (documentation, technical, logistics and commercial) and updating estimated delivery dates.
Requirements
Holder of at least a Bac +2 (BTS, DUT, DEUG) in Logistics or Customer Relations.
Proven experience in sales administration of at least 2 years.
Proficient with computer tools (Google Suite).
Prior experience with an ERP system is mandatory, ideally SAP.
Good level of English required (spoken, reading and writing).
