About the role

  • Customer Order Manager ensuring client satisfaction and managing orders for helicopter blades at Airbus. Collaborating closely with technical support and front office teams at Paris-Le Bourget.

Responsibilities

  • Verification and daily management of new orders in our information system.
  • Management of a repair backlog for a given customer portfolio.
  • Technical and contractual screening of orders to determine the repair flow or commercial proposal.
  • Preparation of commercial offers (product exchange, resale of used parts) and drafting repair quotes.
  • Management of disputes (documentation, technical, logistics and commercial) and updating estimated delivery dates.

Requirements

  • Holder of at least a Bac +2 (BTS, DUT, DEUG) in Logistics or Customer Relations.
  • Proven experience in sales administration of at least 2 years.
  • Proficient with computer tools (Google Suite).
  • Prior experience with an ERP system is mandatory, ideally SAP.
  • Good level of English required (spoken, reading and writing).
