About the role

  • HR Generalist at Printec responsible for payroll oversight and supporting employee relations initiatives. Leading recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs while ensuring HR compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the outsourced payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support compensation programs, incentives, salary reviews, benefits, and other projects (ie. pay transparency and equity)
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Lead and promote employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Leverage HR insights and KPIs and create reports to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in talent acquisition and strategic staffing efforts
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction experience for new hires
  • Support employer branding initiatives and HR events to attract top talent
  • Ensure HR procedures comply with company’s ISO, GDPR, and BCP requirements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and middle management on HR matters
  • Manage internal communications to foster engagement, inclusion and transparency
  • Support performance management processes and ensure effective implementation
  • Track performance metrics and ensure process completion
  • Drive employee development initiatives and learning opportunities
  • Organize and manage training programs across the organization
