Responsibilities
Define and lead strategic initiatives that align with the long-term strategies of BHI and our brands
Source, structure, negotiate, and personally oversee the execution of high-stakes, multi-brand partnerships
Maintain a leading-edge perspective on the GenAI technology landscape
Cultivate and influence relationships with Senior Executive Stakeholders
Establish and manage key relationships with outside organizations
Develop and deliver C-level executive-level presentations on strategy, priorities and impact
Manage day-to-day activities including project and pipeline tracking and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field required
MBA from a top-tier program is a strong plus
10+ years of relevant experience (Corporate Development, Strategic Business Development, Investment Banking, Entrepreneurship)
Strategic problem solver with a creative mind
A track record of successfully negotiating large-scale, transformative technology or strategic partnerships
Deep understanding of the GenAI technology
A passion for our customers, positive attitude, high level of integrity, intellectual curiosity
Proven executive level business judgment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial analysis
Excellent writing, communication, verbal and written, and organizational skills
