About the role

  • Site IT Support Leader coordinating a remote team of IT specialists across Poland. Ensuring IT support delivery and managing operational issues with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee a distributed team of 2nd Line IT Support specialists
  • Ensure consistent IT support delivery and coordinate activities across locations
  • Serve as the key escalation point for technical and operational issues
  • Supervise and coordinate workload and coverage of business-critical support
  • Conduct regular team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Track and report on team performance and ticket resolution metrics
  • Drive standardization of support processes and documentation

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge in IT support
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Communication skills for coordinating across sites
  • Experience with IT support processes and standards
  • Familiarity with global IT standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and locations
