Responsibilities
Receive user requests (by phone and email).
Analyze and document the user's request.
Perform an initial remote diagnosis.
Triage and resolve incidents by creating and following up on tickets to ensure their closure via our ticketing system.
Assist users with the use of their equipment and business applications.
Requirements
Self-taught and passionate about IT OR higher education in computer science (e.g., BAC Pro SEN, BTS SIO, or DUT in Networks and Telecommunications).
Technical knowledge: proficiency with the Windows environment (Microsoft Office, Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server).
Networking and helpdesk experience.
Good database knowledge: SQL Server / MySQL, Oracle.
