About the role

  • Sales Development Representative at Powerling engaging prospective clients in the Benelux market. Connecting with prospects and developing sales skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for our Account Managers.
  • Work towards and achieve your monthly targets of qualified opportunities.
  • Learn about our markets, services, and client challenges — we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
  • Keep our CRM up to date and contribute to team goals.
  • Get hands-on experience in sales, business development, and account management across the Benelux region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • First experience in sales, customer service, or strong motivation to grow in B2B sales.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (other languages are a plus!).
  • Proactive, persistent, and curious — with a true “hunter” mindset.
  • Organized and comfortable with digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, etc.).
