Requirements
Completed university degree with a background in work/organizational psychology and/or business administration, or an IT qualification with relevant further training
Emotional stability and resilience for demanding transformation projects
Enthusiasm for current IT topics and trends
Good oral and written communication skills in one primary national language
Good command of English; additional national languages are an advantage
