About the role

  • Skills & Transformation Manager enhancing employee development and IT transformation at Post. Supporting initiatives that foster a modern learning culture and organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Skills & Transformation IT team with a hands-on mentality
  • Design and professionally accompany initiatives for IT transformation
  • Develop suitable development/upskilling pathways for department-specific skill requirements
  • Engage and inspire employees to embrace change
  • Work closely with stakeholders and partner organizations

Requirements

  • Completed university degree with a background in work/organizational psychology and/or business administration, or an IT qualification with relevant further training
  • Emotional stability and resilience for demanding transformation projects
  • Enthusiasm for current IT topics and trends
  • Good oral and written communication skills in one primary national language
  • Good command of English; additional national languages are an advantage
