Requirements

Several years of experience as an assistant at executive management level, preferably in an HR environment
Strong organizational skills
Proactive attitude and a high degree of discretion
Experience handling confidential personnel data
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Excellent command of German and good command of French
