About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the calendars of HR business partners
  • Ensure smooth administrative operations
  • Support internal coordination and prepare presentations
  • Organize meetings and take minutes
  • Independently handle complex administrative tasks
  • Ensure correct document filing and record keeping
  • Use digital tools and AI to optimize administrative processes
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional projects and organize HR events

Requirements

  • Swiss Federal Diploma as an Executive Assistant (Executive/Management Assistant) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience as an assistant at executive management level, preferably in an HR environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude and a high degree of discretion
  • Experience handling confidential personnel data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent command of German and good command of French
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Confident user of M365 and digital tools
  • Strong affinity for AI and AI tools
