Responsibilities

  • As the first point of contact for our customers, you professionally handle their telephone and written inquiries about our products and services
  • You proactively identify and leverage sales opportunities by offering customers products and services tailored to their needs
  • With your empathetic, communicative, and approachable manner, you delight our diverse customer base and create a positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Completed basic vocational training or relevant experience/qualification in the service sector
  • Enjoyment of telephone-based customer contact, ideally with prior experience in customer service and sales
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in German and Italian; any additional national language is an advantage
  • Proficient in using multiple IT applications and communication tools simultaneously (phone, email, chat)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond empathically to the diverse needs of our customers
