About the role

  • Claims Customer Service member increasing lead generation efforts for Hellas Direct. Responsible for customer inquiries, garage support, and platform management.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls from customers regarding the status of their claim.
  • Provide help and support to garages that have subscribed to our HD+ platform.
  • Maintain and update our list of garages.
  • Perform market research on new garages and aim for the ones with enhanced features.
  • Liaise with Product, Business Development and Claims teams to enhance HD+ platform features.
  • Manage community of Premier League and Registered garages.
  • Promote Premier League garages to insured customers in need and follow up to gain insights.
  • Have targets regarding the onboarding of partnered and registered garages in the platform.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Team player and creative thinker.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Business-oriented.
