About the role

  • Application IT-Support Specialist supporting customers with software inquiries via phone and ticket processing. Working in a modern agile environment in Sankt Ingbert.

Responsibilities

  • You support our customers by telephone with questions about our software
  • Receive and process technical tickets, including remote support and database corrections
  • You handle technical issues, document customer inquiries and create user documentation and instructions
  • You analyze and document feature requests to improve the software and forward them to the development team
  • You conduct online training sessions for customers and colleagues and take part in further training
  • You ensure compliance with our quality standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or IT-technical vocational training
  • Ideally, experience in customer service and an affinity for IT systems
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Strong service orientation and the ability to convey knowledge
  • Experience with ERP/merchandise management systems is desirable
  • Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
  • Enjoy working in a team and have a hands-on mentality
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
