Responsibilities
You support our customers by telephone with questions about our software
Receive and process technical tickets, including remote support and database corrections
You handle technical issues, document customer inquiries and create user documentation and instructions
You analyze and document feature requests to improve the software and forward them to the development team
You conduct online training sessions for customers and colleagues and take part in further training
You ensure compliance with our quality standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service
Requirements
Completed commercial or IT-technical vocational training
Ideally, experience in customer service and an affinity for IT systems
Proficient in common MS Office applications
Strong service orientation and the ability to convey knowledge
Experience with ERP/merchandise management systems is desirable
Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
Enjoy working in a team and have a hands-on mentality
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
