About the role

  • Customer Service Representative engaging clients in the automotive sector in Spain. Responding to inquiries via phone and email while ensuring customer satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships.
  • Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
  • Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
  • Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries.

Requirements

  • You have a B2 level of English and are fluent in Dutch, Swedish or German.
  • You are preferably available full-time, but we are also open to considering part-time applicants.
  • You will be working from our Madrid office in a 50% hybrid position, with the first 5-6 months approx. fully on-site for the adaptation period.
