Responsibilities
Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships.
Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries.
Requirements
You have a B2 level of English and are fluent in Dutch, Swedish or German.
You are preferably available full-time, but we are also open to considering part-time applicants.
You will be working from our Madrid office in a 50% hybrid position, with the first 5-6 months approx. fully on-site for the adaptation period.
