About the role

  • Customer Service Representative managing customer inquiries and supporting sales in a hybrid environment. Collaborating closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • You handle customer inquiries and follow them through reliably until they are resolved.
  • You accept orders, verify them and process them accurately.
  • You prepare quotes, keep customers proactively informed and follow up until decisions are made.
  • You think with a sales mindset (promotions, add-ons, recommendations).
  • You work closely with field sales and regional technical teams.
  • You document thoroughly in the ERP and CRM systems and keep processes running smoothly.
  • You maintain commercial processes in sales in a clean and dependable manner.
  • You take care of export and customs issues for international orders.

Requirements

  • You have experience in customer service, inside sales or order processing.
  • Or you come from a trades background (e.g., carpenter, roofer, tinsmith) and want to transition from roof work to an office role.
  • You are proactive, hands-on and don’t push issues aside.
  • You work in a structured, dependable way and stay clear-headed even when things move fast.
  • You are eager to learn about our products.
