Responsibilities
Supporting the development and operational functioning of the Last Mile network
Coordinating the flow of documents and compiling permits related to network development
Providing ongoing support to the expansion team
Ensuring a high standard of service for clients and partners in direct interactions
Handling inquiries from the website and coordinating the verification processes of commercial properties for current and potential partners
Participating in the design, creation, and maintenance of the CRM system
Monitoring Last Mile KPIs and conditions of cooperation with clients
Supporting commercial real estate market analyses
Conducting negotiations regarding changes in cooperation terms (pricing and contractual)
Developing collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization to optimize processes and technology
Participating in the development of location selection strategies for network expansion
Preparing project and status presentations for stakeholders
Developing, implementing, and optimizing processes
Requirements
Have experience in supporting distributed teams in the area of expansion or commercial real estate,
Are familiar with issues related to lease agreements or cooperation contracts,
Are independent and proactive, able to recognize team needs and actively support them in solving current challenges,
Have experience working with Project Management methodologies and tools,
Have practice in gathering and analyzing business requirements,
Stand out for excellent communication and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders,
Think analytically and are open to innovation,
Have a natural inclination for organization, planning, and project work,
Have energy and determination in pursuing set goals and are ready to work under heavy workloads and tight deadlines,
Are very proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and/or Google Workspace
