About the role

- Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders: software product owners, service catalog managers, procurement leaders
- Ensuring the accuracy of records in the software asset management repository
- Addressing issues and improvements related to the SAM practice
- Implementing data collection processes for products and procedures
- Performing reconciliation between usage rights and software installations
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in software asset management or IT procurement
- Mastery of software discovery and management tools
- Knowledge of equipment, architecture, and core IT technical fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills and strong executive-level synthesis abilities
- Customer service experience is an asset
- CSAM certification is an asset
