About the role

  • Administrative Assistant responsible for client service via email and Zendesk at CIEE. Collecting documentation and managing candidate onboarding processes including contract issuance and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via email and Zendesk (onboarding, terminations, adjustments, vacation and benefits requests)
  • Contact approved candidates
  • Collect new-hire/onboarding documentation
  • Arrange pre-employment occupational health exam (ASO)
  • Coordinate candidate bank account opening
  • Register candidates in CIEE operational systems
  • Perform registration qualification in e-Social
  • Issue contracts and send for signature via DocuSign
  • Monitor signatures for onboarding kits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
  • Experience providing internal and external customer service
  • Knowledge of Personnel/HR processes and TOTVS system
