Responsibilities
Support the head of administration and contribute to the conception and handling of personnel-related matters
Assist in planning and executing projects within the administration area
Coordinate and monitor administrative processes
Monitor compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
Maintain statistics and analyses related to costs and expenditures
Maintain and manage data, documents and distribution lists
Provide support in personnel administration
Manage fleet and company cars
Process incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate departments
Review, account for and process overhead invoices
Resolve outstanding items and coordinate with internal departments and external service providers
Request and order consumables
General administrative and office duties
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
Instructor certification according to AEVO advantageous
Ideally at least 5 years of professional experience
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Confident use of MS Office
Careful, structured, conscientious and goal-oriented working style
