Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of multi-skilled staff during service
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards in the restaurant
Receive and check incoming deliveries and goods at the restaurant
Welcome and assist customers (taking orders, using Tabesto, etc.)
Manage restaurant openings and closings
Supervise all on-site order payments and cash handling
Organize and lead pre- and post-shift briefings
Train new multi-skilled staff and team leaders
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant as a team leader
