  • Service Manager at Eagers Automotive responsible for leading dedicated technicians in Dandenong. Overseeing operations and ensuring exceptional customer service within the service department.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day operations
  • Maintaining positive customer and employee relations
  • Maintaining cost control over tools, equipment, sublet repairs and supplies
  • Answering customer enquiries and quoting additional work required
  • Ensuring all customer requirements are met
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring high quality customer service
  • Maintaining a safe work environment throughout the workshop

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or extensive experience as a Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager
  • Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Drive for customer satisfaction
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to implement and maintain change in a busy environment
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and Australian working rights
