About the role

  • Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist Senior collaborating with development teams at PNC. Overseeing strategic initiatives and improving processes within the Performance Management organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing and enabling success of development teams in adoption of strategic risk mitigating and/or optimization initiatives.
  • Document existing process/procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with peers, President CIO development teams, and all levels of leaderships.
  • Independently engage with application teams and leadership to monitor and track status of planned deliverables.
  • Supports one or more line of business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives.
  • Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives.
  • Conducts research, analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives.
  • Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that understands and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
