Requirements

  • Several years of experience in strategic Account Management or Customer Success Management
  • Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in upselling and customer growth
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (business/negotiation fluent)
  • Experience managing enterprise customers and complex stakeholder structures
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Bonus: Experience with SaaS products or AI technologies
  • Bonus: Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools
