About the role

  • Sales Development Representative at Ploomes engaging in lead prospecting across various channels. Collaborating with the sales team to generate opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect leads using phone, WhatsApp, chat, LinkedIn, video conferencing, etc.;
  • Research and gather information about leads;
  • Identify lead pain points and evaluate their potential to become customers;
  • Follow up and maintain contact with leads;
  • Generate opportunities and hand them off to sales consultants (closers);
  • Keep appointments, contacts, and interaction histories up to date and organized in the CRM;
  • Participate proactively in the sales process, receiving and providing feedback to improve operations;
  • Meet monthly targets;
  • Regularly study and innovate outreach techniques;
  • Share daily lessons learned to support collaborative team growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
  • Experience in B2B prospecting/sales;
  • Knowledge of inbound and/or outbound marketing/sales;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and persuasion skills;
  • Proactivity;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Teamwork (will work closely with other departments);
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred/Plus:
  • Knowledge of sales techniques;
  • Relevant certifications;
  • Experience with CRMs, ERPs, or selling software;
  • Previous experience as a pre-sales representative or SDR.
