Responsibilities
Drive performance and growth in Plenti’s OEM and dealerships channel
Support the Head of OEM and dealerships to develop strategies, new business opportunities and new products for Plenti
Develop relationships with and onboard new OEMs and dealerships
Collaborate with OEMs, dealerships and internal teams to develop and deliver campaigns
Optimise processes and deliver market-leading experiences for OEMs, dealerships and customers
Lead a high-performing sales team responsible for converting loan applicants into funded customers through strategic phone, email, and SMS outreach
Requirements
5+ years in sales leadership within fintech, lending, or financial services
Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
Strong knowledge of the auto industry (both OEM and dealerships), sales processes, and CRM/reporting tools
