About the role

  • National Partnership Manager driving performance and growth in Plenti's OEM and dealerships channel. Leading a high-performing sales team within Australia's fintech sector.

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance and growth in Plenti’s OEM and dealerships channel
  • Support the Head of OEM and dealerships to develop strategies, new business opportunities and new products for Plenti
  • Develop relationships with and onboard new OEMs and dealerships
  • Collaborate with OEMs, dealerships and internal teams to develop and deliver campaigns
  • Optimise processes and deliver market-leading experiences for OEMs, dealerships and customers
  • Lead a high-performing sales team responsible for converting loan applicants into funded customers through strategic phone, email, and SMS outreach

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales leadership within fintech, lending, or financial services
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of the auto industry (both OEM and dealerships), sales processes, and CRM/reporting tools
