About the role

  • Sales Development Analyst generating leads while identifying sales opportunities in Brazilian market. Focused on inbound and outbound prospecting for corporate clients.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, and conducting strategic outreach.
  • Focused on inbound and outbound prospecting of corporate clients nationwide, aiming to ensure a predictable and sustainable flow of qualified leads.
  • Define and structure the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), identifying customer characteristics, red flags, and challenges to analyze revenue data and likelihood of closing.
  • Build and maintain lists of new and inactive B2B accounts, segmenting based on the ICP and using data enrichment tools and criteria such as industry, region, company size, and job titles.
  • Run outbound email campaigns, crafting personalized, clear, and concise messages optimized for mobile devices, and monitor response rates.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, present solutions, handle objections, and define next steps.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of opportunities to the Account Executive team based on qualification criteria such as decision-making authority and level of interest.
  • Contribute to the training and development of new SDRs, coaching on best sales practices and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in pre-sales or as an SDR.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
  • Strong written communication and verbal fluency.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with common computer tools (MS Office) and social media.
