About the role

  • B2B Sales Representative responsible for customer acquisition and deal management at PICKPLACE. Engaging potential clients through various communication channels and collaborating with teams for proposal creation.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers via email, post, and telephone
  • Participation in active deals — from the initial inquiry through to the proposal
  • Preparation of proposals in coordination with technical team and management
  • Sales administration: follow-up, documentation, and maintaining order

Requirements

  • More than 2 years' experience in inside sales or customer support
  • Experience in a B2B context, e.g., IT, SaaS, agency, or enterprise-level services
  • Ability to deploy sales and marketing measures strategically
  • Outgoing, communicative, and a team player
  • Career changers welcome
  • Citizenship of an EU member state
  • Ability to demonstrate German language skills at a minimum C2 level
