About the role

  • Partner Operations Manager ensuring efficient operations between Philips and its Partners. Supporting Partner Account Managers and managing operational activities in the Partner business domain.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient partnership operations between Philips and its Partners.
  • Support Partner Account Managers by managing operational activities in the Partner business domain.
  • Cover commercial and service-related operational activities.
  • Train and support Partners on Philips Partner sales and services related processes and tools.
  • Monitor and improve sales and service process performance.
  • Ensure relevant Partner data and contract templates are updated in Philips systems.
  • Manage and drive quotation process, order-booking and supply-related activities.
  • Ensure end-customer IB registration per order.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in Services Delivery, Partner Relationship Management, or equivalent.
  • Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking skills.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare in the territory.
  • Ability to motivate and influence others and build trusted relationships.
  • Proven people and matrix-management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and local languages.
