About the role

  • Customer Project Manager overseeing healthcare equipment installations and IT solutions. Managing multiple complex implementations while ensuring excellent customer experience across CT, MA, and NY.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple implementations that vary in scope, size, and complexity
  • Ensure a stellar customer experience guided by the statement of work
  • Coordinate, lead, and motivate a diverse cross-functional team
  • Ensure site readiness and adherence to project timelines
  • Advise on project plan and responsible for daily updates on project status and activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management and IT Integration within a Healthcare Environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or equivalent
  • Robust leadership skills
  • Ability to influence across all project resources/stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
