About the role

  • Project Manager at Sandoz managing the integration of business and technology processes. Overseeing the alignment of project objectives with organizational goals through effective leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of integration initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities between STEP and other stakeholders from Technology incl. BAU functions, facilitating effective communication, knowledge transfer, and alignment of objectives throughout the transformation lifecycle
  • Direct and oversee project teams (including external partners), maintaining strict control over progress, quality, and budget to ensure delivery against defined business objectives.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from project delivery to operational handover, planning and executing all activities associated with each release to minimize business disruption and maximize value realization.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholder success teams and internal departments to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure solutions are fully aligned with business needs and expectations.
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of legacy and new build applications, identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business and technology teams.
  • Deliver integration milestones within defined scope and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with the STEP Integration Lead and relevant teams to drive process harmonization.
  • Liaise and collaborate with business stakeholders in driving process and data harmonization.
  • Troubleshoot integration challenges as they arise, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Ensure project objectives are achieved in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills to support project success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of Process Flow Diagram, Value Stream Analysis and Business Process Modelling
  • Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
  • Strong knowledge in GxP and Data Integrity Principles
  • Strong understanding of Sandoz’ application landscapes and BAU operational environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external partners.
  • Expertise in project planning, risk management, and change management.
  • Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Knowledge of any BPMN tools like SAP Signavio or Appian
  • Knowledge of SAP Powerdesigner is an added advantage.
