Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in client organizations
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project administration and financial components (budget, margin, and expenses)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members
- Monitor project progress and performance, and report project status to stakeholders
- Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with project standards and methodologies
- Manage change using strategies that build buy-in and mitigate risks
- Identify opportunities to position additional service offerings
- Provide status reports and keep the team informed of overall project status
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills, strong communication abilities, and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, research and resolve issues, and a commitment to continuous learning to stay current with strategies and regulations
- Experience with one or more HR technology vendors—Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors—is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing project teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment (transversal management)
- Strong values of care, integrity, and confidentiality
- Fluency in French and English required
