Responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in client organizations
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements
Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
Manage project administration and financial components (budget, margin, and expenses)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members
Monitor project progress and performance, and report project status to stakeholders
Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with project standards and methodologies
Manage change using strategies that build buy-in and mitigate risks
Identify opportunities to position additional service offerings
Provide status reports and keep the team informed of overall project status
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills, strong communication abilities, and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to provide exceptional client service, research and resolve issues, and a commitment to continuous learning to stay current with strategies and regulations
Experience with one or more HR technology vendors—Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors—is a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Experience managing project teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment (transversal management)
