About the role

• Lead functional implementations of Sage FRP1000 and similar financial systems, coordinating resources and client communication. Ensure delivery according to contractual technical and commercial commitments, including configuration and user training.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the successful execution of projects assigned to Absys Cyborg, ensuring compliance with the contractual commercial and technical commitments agreed with the client.
• You perform operational management and daily project monitoring by coordinating the resources assigned to you and acting as the interface between the client and Absys Cyborg stakeholders.
• You carry out the functional analysis of the client’s business processes and, where necessary, adjust the estimates and schedules set out in the commercial proposal.
• You define and organize the different project phases by mobilizing the necessary participants for the project’s successful execution, and maintain a relationship of trust with our clients.
• You prepare the project kickoff meeting with support from the internal project team, and establish all necessary measurement and monitoring indicators.
• You contribute to supporting the sales engineers in all pre-sales phases of the project.
• You may be required to perform solution configuration as well as user training.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing implementation projects for accounting and financial solutions, ideally Sage FRP1000 or a similar solution.
• Experience facilitating and structuring governance bodies: steering committees and project committees.
• Strong listening skills and adaptability to respond to and address issues identified during the project.
• Results-oriented, you prioritize the client while maintaining an atmosphere of open communication and collaboration with the project team.
