About the role

  • Content Operations Manager ensuring effective content pipeline and team efficiency at a digital platform connecting healthcare professionals in Germany. Key role in managing quality and performance across content and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Team & process management
  • Lead, coach and set priorities for the content team (Pflegia, Praxia, Werkia)
  • Build and continuously improve efficient content processes and workflows
  • Ensure a full, structured editorial calendar across all brands
  • Quality assurance
  • Review and approve creatives (copy, visuals, UGC, Reels, Carousels)
  • Maintain feedback loops with Content Managers, social & content creators and external service providers
  • Ensure consistent tone of voice, adherence to brand guidelines and uniform quality
  • Interface/stakeholder management
  • Work closely with the Performance team on requirements, timelines and creative needs
  • Collaborate with PR, editorial and social teams to deliver cross-channel content
  • Coordinate campaign assets (paid, social organic, website, PR)
  • Planning & structure
  • Own the end-to-end content pipeline and production planning
  • Resource planning, prioritization and schedule management
  • Support creator and agency management (UGC, video, designers)
  • Reporting & insights
  • Prepare monthly content reports for management (performance, output, highlights)
  • Derive learnings and implement process optimizations
  • Define and monitor quality metrics and efficiency KPIs

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience (3–5+ years) in content management or social/content roles
  • Solid knowledge of content processes, including planning, review, approvals and editorial calendar creation
  • Experience in content production (e.g., copy, Reels, videos, ads, social media snippets)
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Performance Marketing and an understanding of data-driven content optimization
  • Experienced in coordinating team members, creators or freelancers
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Social Media, PR and Performance teams
  • University degree in media, communications or a related field, or vocational training with more than 3 years of relevant professional experience
