Responsibilities

  • Managing an exclusive territory
  • Initial start-up and sales training
  • Support from headquarters
  • Starter pack with information and marketing materials
  • Access to company-owned software
  • Placement of caregivers for home care
  • Assessing client needs
  • Contract negotiations and customer communication
  • Customer acquisition and management of existing clients
  • Implementation of regional marketing activities
  • Maintaining contacts with multipliers and institutional clients (hospitals, medical facilities, etc.)

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for social responsibility
  • Industry knowledge or a strong identification with the care market
  • Sales experience
  • Business-minded and structured working style
  • Friendliness, patience and self-confidence
  • Tolerance, openness, ability to accept criticism and teamwork skills
  • Driver’s license
