US Hematology Portfolio Marketing Director responsible for leading hospital strategy and bleed management strategy for Factor brands. Collaborating with brand teams for portfolio initiatives and franchise performance in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities
Lead hospital strategy including tactical pull through and execution for Factor Brands (Xyntha and Benefix)
Lead bleed management strategy including tactical pull through and execution for Factor portfolio in close collaboration with Hympavzi team and medical team
Working with CE, optimizing CFC targeting in alignment with brand hyper targeting strategy
Develop strategy for external engagements including overall KOL engagement and Hemophilia Day planning and execution
Develop KPIs and performance dashboards to support performance tracking and business updates to leadership
Serve as the Franchise POA captain, coordinating across portfolio, TAs and key enabling partners for successful POA execution
Support development of Strategic and Operating Plans, financial planning and performance management
Identify and execute key franchise initiatives to maximize portfolio impact
Collaborate closely with brand teams including US Hympavzi team and cross-functional teams to drive hemophilia portfolio initiatives and franchise performance
Partner closely with, and provide brand-specific and portfolio guidance to cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, ISE, Commercial Effectiveness, CMO, etc.) on brand performance needs
Requirements
8+ years of pharmaceutical industry or commercial experience required (7 years if candidate has MBA or advanced degree)
Previous US in-line or portfolio marketing strongly preferred
Rare disease or specialty experience preferred
BA/BS degree required, MBA or other advanced degree highly desirable
Proven track record in developing, executing and measuring complex marketing programs that drive performance
Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate whitespace and complex stakeholder maps to develop novel solutions
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with varied internal stakeholders to identify key customer insights and translate into actionable strategies
Solid business acumen and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management
Strong people management and influencing skills even without direct reporting relationships
Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented
Self-motivated and a team player
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver results on multiple, complex, competing projects in a deadline-oriented environment
