About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative ensuring customer requirements are met at PFEIFFER & MAY Group. Collaborating with external sales colleagues and managing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • You independently manage our customers by phone and provide them with consultative support.
  • Preparing quotations, following them up and closing sales are part of your responsibilities.
  • You handle incoming complaints and returns and ensure smooth processing.
  • You collaborate transparently with field sales colleagues and actively support them.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for sales that inspires our customers.
  • Empathy and a solution-oriented approach, especially when handling complaints.
  • Independent, transparent and goal-oriented working style.
  • Ideally, some initial experience in inside sales.
