Responsibilities

  • responsible for revenue growth and customer retention
  • managing customer relationships via outbound calls
  • accepting inbound calls to drive sales
  • targeting clients with 10 to 100 white collar workers
  • generating customer interest for service offerings
  • scheduling follow-up sales calls
  • operating with integrity

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • one year experience or training
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • understand basic selling principles in B2B environment or have ability to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team focus
  • High level of initiative to achieve goals
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • PC knowledge with the aptitude to learn new technology-related tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills
