About the role

  • Außendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) bei PFEIFFER & MAY zur Stärkung der Marktpräsenz und Kundenbeziehungen. Verkauf von modernen Sanitärtechnik und Installationssystemen.

Responsibilities

  • You strengthen existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.
  • You identify targeted solutions and suitable new products and services for your customers.
  • You align the sales strategy with market and competitor developments as well as customer needs and trends.
  • Preparing customer visits and digitally documenting them are part of your responsibilities.
  • You work transparently with internal sales, the showroom, and the pick-up/collection sales team.

Requirements

  • Outgoing, professional demeanour with a passion for sales and consulting
  • Numerical literacy, quick comprehension, and ambition — to consistently pursue sales targets.
  • Technical knowledge in the plumbing, heating and HVAC sector (SHK)
  • Structured, goal-oriented and digitally driven working style
  • Ideally, prior experience in sales / field sales
