About the role

- You act as the liaison between our customers and regional management
- As an on-site contact person, you are available to parking users and our clients
- You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance
- You check compliance with posted parking regulations
- You document violations when the parking rules are disregarded
- On site, you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumables in the locations, replenishing them as needed
- You support new employees during their onboarding
Requirements
- Valid Class B driving license
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday in shifts (40 hours/week)
- Good German language skills
- Strong proficiency with smartphones and mobile apps
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Independent, responsible and conscientious working style
- Strong communication skills, personable and team-oriented
- Relevant experience (e.g., security officer, security service, Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit), or experience in airports, retail, forwarding/logistics, parcel delivery, courier work, service roles, or as a driver/delivery driver
