About the role

  • Energy Manager responsible for developing and maintaining energy and environmental certifications. Supporting audit planning and contributing to energy balance improvements in an established company.

Responsibilities

  • Support and further development of established management systems such as our Energy Management System (ISO 50001), Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Information Security Management System (ISO 27001)
  • Support in audit planning and execution as part of the audit team
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining energy and environmental certifications
  • Contribute to procedures and products to improve the company’s energy balance
  • Monitoring, analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training/qualification as an Energy Management Representative, Quality Management Representative or Information Security Management Representative
  • Solid knowledge of standards, guidelines and current developments in the field of energy policy
  • Familiarity with applicable DIN and ISO standards (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 50001)
  • High methodological competence and strong communication skills
  • Business-fluent German, good English skills
  • Process-oriented mindset as well as entrepreneurial thinking and customer-focused behavior
