Responsibilities
Responsibility for the Service & Maintenance and Small Plant Construction area in the region
Development and leadership of the area in the region with budget and results responsibility
Close collaboration with the Facility Management department
Support of Facility Management in the continuous expansion of customer contracts
Overall management of order and project execution with an optimal balance between revenue, cost, time and quality
Disciplinary and technical personnel responsibility for subordinate employees
Continuous optimization of workflows
Development and implementation of a strategy for the area (taking into account the company’s and region’s overall strategy)
Development of the sales strategy for the area and independent management of existing customers and acquisition of new customers
Responsibility for capacity planning (budget, personnel, investments, etc.)
Reporting to regional management and implementation of company/business unit objectives
Requirements
Degree in Energy and Building Services Engineering, Supply Engineering or a comparable degree course
Alternatively: Technician / Master craftsman in supply engineering
Several years (> 5 years) of professional and leadership responsibility in the service & maintenance area
Assertiveness, confident appearance and negotiation skills in personal and written dealings with customers and subcontractors
Strong communication and leadership skills as well as social competence enabling you to lead, motivate and develop your employees
Analytical understanding as well as an independent, economically structured way of working
Very good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, legal requirements (e.g. Drinking Water Ordinance) and basic legal knowledge (VOB, BGB, contract law for works contracts, accident prevention regulations)
Confident use of common MS Office programs
High level of commitment and flexibility
