Responsibilities
You keep our appointment operations running at full speed: scheduling, patient flow, team coordination — everything runs smoothly thanks to you.
You lead and plan the appointment team and ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time.
You optimize processes, further develop structures and continuously find ways to improve patient care.
You act as the interface between patients, physicians, the team and administration — communicative, approachable and attentive.
You support quality management and internal projects and ensure smooth cross-site operations.
Administrative tasks such as billing, invoice management and correspondence are familiar to you.
Requirements
Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) or qualified nurse and/or further training in practice management
Experience organizing clinic appointments and ideally experience in team leadership
Strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
Empathy and strong communication skills — you know how to interact with patients, colleagues and physicians
Quality awareness, flexibility and reliability
Confident use of IT systems, ideally practice management software
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
