Senior Implementation Specialist ensuring efficient onboarding for SMB customers in Travel & Spend management. Coordinating internal and external teams for smooth integration and value realization.
Responsibilities
Lead mid-complexity onboarding projects for SMB Travel & Spend customers, primarily in Spanish-speaking regions, ensuring structured, efficient, and customer-focused delivery.
Drive adoption and activation by applying change management and financial understanding to help customers realise value quickly.
Configure Travel & Spend setups, including policies, standard workflows, approval flows, and per diems.
Coordinate stakeholders across finance, HR, IT, and travel management to ensure alignment and clarity on objectives.
Support ERP integrations such as Spend Export File, DATEV, and Xero, troubleshooting as needed to ensure smooth operations (no engineering background required, curiosity about technology is key).
Manage identity and HR integrations through SSO, HRIS, and SCIM, ensuring seamless technical setup.
Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, driving early booking and expense activity and leaving customers confident using the platform.
Requirements
Spanish working proficiency is essential, as you’ll communicate with French-speaking customers and stakeholders daily.
Solid experience in customer-facing roles, with hands-on ownership of onboarding or implementation work in a structured environment.
Experience coordinating projects or workstreams, ideally within implementation or onboarding contexts.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align internal teams and customers around shared goals.
A solution-oriented mindset with the adaptability to tackle challenges proactively.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.
Exposure to consulting, finance, or technology environments.
Experience with customer onboarding or technical implementation.
Familiarity with Spend Management solutions or similar platforms.
