About the role

  • Traffic Manager ensuring performance of digital marketing campaigns for various clients at Periscope agency. Involved in strategy formulation and campaign optimization processes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the agency’s clients’ advertising campaigns
  • Master key performance indicators (click-through rate, conversion rate, average order value, CPA) and provide recommendations
  • Set up, monitor and optimize communication campaigns (search ads, display, price comparison sites, marketplaces, social ads, video campaigns)
  • Analyze the return on investment of campaigns and optimize distribution channels and media mix
  • Create dashboards and manage client reporting
  • Proactively propose new traffic acquisition solutions
  • Monitor website audience and the assigned campaign objectives
  • Support and advise clients
  • Contribute to the creation of pre-sales copy and responses to tender/RFPs

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Traffic Manager
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and analytics tools
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, rigor, a taste for challenge and an innovative mindset
  • Good listening skills and a customer-service orientation
  • Energetic, responsive and detail-oriented
  • Google Ads / Analytics / Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus
  • Good command of English: B2 / C1 level
