About the role
- Assistant Asset Manager working with the Asset Manager to review energy usage and implement best practices for client accounts. Collaborating with facility operators, subcontractors, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Working with the operators at the facility sites including subcontractors, chief engineer, and internal service providers to ensure the facilities operate efficiently.
- Attend the on-going training of the Facility Operators.
- Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.
- Assisting the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) team with the coordination of Engineering Construction Management (ECM) implementation with O&M team.
- Assist with coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team.
- Review of energy usage on daily basis for the facility and provide guidance best practices and modifications of current operations.
- Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team.
