Responsibilities
Serás responsable de impulsar el rendimiento del negocio en Iberia, liderando la estrategia de sell-out, garantizando una experiencia de cliente excepcional y asegurando la excelencia operativa en todos los puntos de venta.
Tendrás un rol clave en la gestión de equipos, el desarrollo del talento y la relación con partners estratégicos del sector.
Definir y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas por canal y punto de venta.
Analizar KPIs clave (sell-out, productividad, rentabilidad) e impulsar planes de acción.
Monitorear presupuestos y P&L, identificando oportunidades de mejora.
Elaborar reporting estratégico y proponer soluciones orientadas a crecimiento.
Liderar, desarrollar y motivar equipos retail y estructuras de management.
Asegurar la excelencia en selección e integración de equipos.
Actuar como interlocutor clave con partners estratégicos del sector retail.
Construir relaciones sólidas que impulsen el crecimiento del negocio.
Supervisar la correcta gestión de stock y disponibilidad de producto.
Requirements
Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando equipos en entornos retail (preferiblemente beauty/luxury)
Visión estratégica y fuerte orientación a negocio
Capacidad analítica y toma de decisiones basada en datos
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, influencia y negociación
Perfil autónomo, con mindset colaborativo y orientado a soluciones
Nivel alto de español e inglés
Disponibilidad de viajar (Madrid, Barcelona, Marbella y Lisboa).
