Responsibilities
Work on transformation challenges at various levels: feasibility studies, organizational transformation, and redesign of processes and tools

Build diverse experience across a variety of assignments: opportunity studies, development of new product & service offerings

Regulatory compliance
Support the selection of operational or IT services and solutions
Develop skills within a group recognized for its expertise
Requirements
Engineering degree, business school diploma, or Master’s degree with a specialization in Finance / Insurance
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an insurance consulting firm or an insurance company
Knowledge of complementary health and income protection insurance products (individual and/or group)
Familiarity with the social protection ecosystem and key players in the French market
Project management methodology/skills
Professional proficiency in English
